Log in to QuickBooks in single-user mode. If you’re already logged in as multi-user, switch to single-user mode in the File menu.

Click the ‘Back-Up Company’ option under the File menu. 

Click to select ‘Create Local Backup’ 

Then choose ‘Local Backup’ and click [Next]

Click to select "Save it Now"

In the File Save dialog, select a location to save your .QBB File to.  QBB is the QuickBooks Backup data file.

Intellicore recommends that you use a folder in your OneDrive Documents folder. 

Make a folder named "QBBackup", select it, and accept the default file name suggested by QuickBooks.
