In this article, we will walk through adding a corporate email to your iPhone using Microsoft Outlook as the email client.

The first step is to add the Outlook App from the App Store.  During Outlook app configuratino, we add your M365 Business Account.

  1. Go to App store, and in the search field type in "Microsoft Outlook"

  2. Tap the cloud icon to install

  3. Once Outlook is installed, Open the Outlook App, tap [Get Started]

  4. Enter your Work Email Address, and click [Add Account]

  5. Enter your password for your m365 work account, and click [Sign In]
    (On the "add another account prompt, select [Maybe Later])

  6. Click [ok] on the data protection screen.

  7. Open Outlook again

  8. Click [ok] on the data protection screen.

  9. Create a PIN

  10. Enable Email Notifications by clicking [Turn On]

  11. Enable Push notifications by clicking [Allow] 


There may be slight differences depending on your organization policy settings, as well as versions of IOS on your iPhone.
