Make sure that your operating system is [1] Supported, [2] Fully Patched, [3] Free of Mal-Ware
Consider uninstalling your current office installation.
Use Disk Cleanup to delete temporary internet files and temporary files from the PC. (Consider CCleaner from Piriform)
